Cosmobet runs its own platform at its own address, and your account lives there – not here. This portal is an independent information site: we can walk you through how signing in works and what to try when it doesn't, but we have no access to anyone's account and cannot verify, restore or unblock one. Anything to do with your actual login has to go through the operator itself.
Signing in to your account
The route is the same one every time, and it only works from the operator's own site:
- Open the operator's website directly, rather than through a search result or an emailed link.
- Find the sign-in option on the operator's homepage.
- Enter the email address and password you set when you registered.
- Confirm, and you should land straight on your account.
No account yet? Registration also happens on the operator's own site, through its sign-up option – that's a separate process from signing in, and this page doesn't walk through it.
Logging in from a phone
There's no separate app to install here, as far as we've been able to confirm – you sign in through a mobile browser instead, using the same site and the same password as on a desktop. The layout adjusts to a smaller screen, but the account behind it is identical: anything you set on your phone (limits, details, password) carries straight over if you later sign in on a laptop, and vice versa.
Good to know: if a page looks broken or won't load properly on mobile, try refreshing or switching between wifi and mobile data before assuming the account itself is at fault.
When the login doesn't work
Most failed sign-ins come down to one of a handful of ordinary causes, not a fault with the account itself:
- Wrong email or password – the most common cause by far. Check for autofill mistakes and caps lock before trying again.
- An unverified account – if identity documents haven't been submitted and approved yet, some functions may be limited until that's done.
- A self-exclusion in place – if you've set a break on the account, sign-in will be refused for the length of that period. That's working as intended, not a bug.
- Regional restrictions – access can depend on where you're connecting from.
- A browser or connection issue – clearing cookies, trying a different browser, or switching network can rule this out quickly.
Forgotten password
If you can't remember your password, use the operator's own password reset option rather than guessing repeatedly – repeated failed attempts are one of the things that can trigger a temporary hold on an account. The reset works by sending a link to the email address used at registration, so you'll need access to that inbox.
If that email account is no longer reachable – closed, forgotten, or compromised – a password reset link won't help on its own. In that situation, the operator's own support is the right place to explain the situation and ask what evidence they need to confirm it's really your account.
Account holds and restrictions
Not every login problem is a technical one. Some are the account working exactly as designed:
| Cause | What it means for sign-in |
|---|---|
| Verification pending | Identity documents requested but not yet uploaded or approved – the operator asks for a copy of ID and proof of address within 30 days of a request, or funds may be affected. |
| Self-exclusion | A break set for between 6 months and 5 years – sign-in stays blocked for the full period, with no early reversal. |
| Long inactivity | An account untouched for 365 days starts attracting a monthly administrative charge, though it can usually still be accessed and reactivated. |
If a self-exclusion is the cause, that's not something to work around. It's there because it was asked for, and the right response is support – not a second account or a different device.
Getting help from support
For anything the operator's own account controls can't fix, its support team is reachable by live chat and by email, and the operator states this runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Before writing in, it helps to have ready: the email address used to register, roughly when the problem started, and the exact wording of any error message on screen. That alone saves a back-and-forth explaining the basics.
Keeping your account secure
A few habits cut down most login problems before they start:
- Always type the operator's address directly or use a saved bookmark – never a link sent by email or message.
- Use a password you haven't reused on another site.
- Sign out properly on any shared or public device once you're done.
None of this guarantees a problem-free login every time, but it rules out the most avoidable causes.
Access to any account should stay optional, not something you feel you have to chase.
